You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We do require proof of purchase for all returns or exchanges. If you’ve lost your receipt, we may be able to find your purchase in our system – just bring in your ID and details of the purchase.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns on unworn and unwashed items in their original condition. Worn clothing can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing fault covered by our warranty.

Final sale items and heavily discounted items cannot be returned or refunded. These are clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It usually takes 3–5 business days to reflect in your account. You can also request store credit instead.

Yes! We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style, based on availability, within the 14-day return period.

If there’s a manufacturing issue with your Luvira item, bring it in within 30 days of purchase. It may be covered under our warranty policy, and we’ll gladly repair, replace, or offer store credit depending on the situation.
